Niklas “Bølgen” Paulsen is the first Norwegian artist to have a breakthrough via TikTok. His debut single “Er ikke verre” was the most streamed hit of the summer of 2020 and it hit 1 million streams after just five days. The song was in first place on Spotify after just three days, and second place on VG-lista shortly after. Under a year later, he was nominated for the Norwegian Grammy awards. He now has a triple Platinum with tons of listings, TV appearances, radio interviews and sold-out concerts behind him.
